Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I still need to stop at the check-in table? Yes, at least one guest from each household still needs to (briefly) stop by the check-in table to pick up a program and table number.
- Why should I pre-register a credit card? This is similar to opening a bar tab. Any purchases at the event (raffle tickets, silent auction, donations, etc) are compiled into one receipt at the end of the evening, so you don't have to worry about stopping to make a payment each time.
- When will you charge my card? Cards are not charged unless you make a purchase, and won't be charged until the Monday after the event. All purchasers will receive an email receipt and can reach out with any questions or concerns.
- What if I prefer to pay by cash, check, DAF, or another method? Please visit the registration and check-out table any time during the event and let us know your payment preference. Cash and checks are accepted at the main table, and we can indicate that you'll be making an alternative payment so your card isn't charged.
